1 – Shoes
They’re of the upmost importance. Choosing the perfect shoes is key. Each of us has his own running style and footprint. The right shoes help us avoid trauma and correct posture defects. They help us go faster and farther.
2 – The equipment
Preparing beforehand is a ritual: you choose your clothing, head to toes. Just a t-shirt and shorts will do if it’s hot, if it’s winter you’ll need long sleeves or a jacket. You set up your running watch or smartphone app to keep track of your times and distances.
